No one is blaming the victims...The ones who allowed the damage to continue without acting should pay the costs of their "inaction" Its holding the rioters and the organizations they belong to accountable. It is Governments Job to protect Society and those who could not protect themselves. Minnesota did neither. Why should American Taxpayers pay for their unwillingness to enforce law and order.
