Good share SSG Robert Mark Odom - Never heard the Story of Dr. Mary Walker before. I definitely would not want to be a wounded warrior back in those days. The chance of surviving a gunshot wound to a critical area was slim to none, and slim already left town if you had to have emergency surgery back then.
