The last I heard is the Ukraine wanted TOW missiles to destroy the hundreds of Russian tanks in the Ukraine.

The aid will be used to buy basic items like blankets and clothing, along with counseling for traumatized civilians and to help those who have fled the fighting.""
So blankets and counseling to ward off T80s. What great support by Team Obama.
