This is why all of our military has to keep doing R&D. Additionally, we must PROTECT our R&D successes.

Article is behind a paywall so couldn't read, but agreed. Unfortunately, we have done very poorly in safeguarding our R&D. Our cyber security and security in general seems about as functional as a broken crutch.
