The problem is that he is not an expert in pandemics at all. His advice should not be taken by general public or the president for something he is not educated on. We all know how people like to read or watch one biased source, see an "expert" and then never look into it further. It was the same with that crazy pediatrician on the front steps with a bunch of other "doctors."

SSgt William Quinn - Exactly. I see nothing about epidemiology, virology, etc. Do you go to a cardiologist for your hip pain? Do you see a dentist for gastrointestinal issues? A huge issue in our country is that people believe a doctor is automatically an expert in all things medical. I can assure you that doctors call dietitians when a patient needs specialized diets (my degree), a general doctor will refer you to a neurologist for chronic headaches, and so on. I can assure you that doctors of all fields may have decent general medical knowledge, the specialization is what matters.
