Be candid, don't hide the truth under a bushel. Open, timely communication by leaders is critical to keeping any organization running on an even keel. On the other hand, be sure to be factual and fair, unlike Calvin in his overly frank, and even mean spirited, appraisal of poor Suzie.
Rest in Peace, Brother Mark, we will miss you.

I hope that you and I are sincerely making progress is demonstrating candor, adroitness and sensitivity in dealing with others who are going through difficult issues, challenges and trial of varying sorts. I expect the sanctifying of our souls by the Holy Spirit is maturing us spiritually in the fruit of compassion, goodness and patience. Hopefully we are doing much better in demonstrating the faith.
