Where was his due-process? When was the hearing? Did he have opportunity to defend himself? Which judge ordered his weapons seized?

The day I was taken to Detox, the Deputies asked about removing guns from the house. My wife gave them a resounding No. If I wasn't there, how could possibly get my hands on them? I'm clean and sober now and wouldn't ever think about harming someone else, anyway. Oh, and, I got my carry permit back yesterday.
