Sounds like a stupid idea to me!! With the temperature falling and the amount of daylight decreasing every day "cabin fever" is gonna be setting in. You have to have something for these young airmen to do besides going to work and sitting in their quarters watching TV. Get ready for a spike in alcoholism and suicides.
