Nearly 30,000 mail-in ballots sent to the wrong District which happens to be the bellwether for the entire state. Their solution was to reprint them and mail them out again but not separate and destroy those that have already been received even knowing they are in error. Those received in error are from a Democrat district which means they will basically be voting twice. Once in the neighboring district 17 which is Republican and once in their own District 18 which is Democrat. No sense of fairness at all. Deliberately stealing ballots and allowing double voting I've likely Biden voters. This is how you steal an election. Most people that follow politics know that Pennsylvania is a must-win states.
