Not without a Constitutional amendment, so he’s spouting nonsense.

It's part of the original articles of the Constitution. The courts have ruled in the past the Constitution and Bill of Rights cannot be changed even by legislation.

Thank you PO3 Patricia Miner for alerting us to the idea that democrat candidate Joe Biden has surfaced recently. He mentioned previously gathering represnetives from across the political divides, legal scholars, etc. to discuss his ide and come back to him six-months later.

Didn’t mean to post yet, I’m on my phone and must have hit post. Just wanted to add that it is an interesting proposal. I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with it.

Good article. There is another I saw earlier written by Jonathan Turley. He is commenting on Biden's stupidity in even considering these ideas. I'll post that too.

IMO this is just another way to control the entire government. They don't want impartial Justices, they want Justices beholding to them.

MSgt Paul Connors - I don't know why you felt the need to post this. I didn't say I agreed with this. I just said it was interesting and posted a legal commentary blog about it for other reading on the subject.
