Ever wonder why Sheriffs choose to not enforce a law on the Books. Usually it's because They know a challenge to the Law would be upheld in the Courts. As in the example from 1879 that went to SCOTUS. Why waste time and money on nothing.

Unfortunately, a few "closet-commandos" give us all a bad name, as do the wackos who go around filming themselves doing "2nd Amendment audits". If a person or group feels that it is necessary to do some kind of "protection-detail", they should look like ordinary citizens, not "commandoes" or cops. Leave the camo in the closet, and don't tac-out like they are going into a firefight.
