(11 06 20) Georgia’s Secretary of State has announced a recount after ballots turned up in the dead of night and pushed the state for Joe Biden.
The Decision Desk called the election for Biden on Friday morning, despite the fact that several states are being contested.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced the recount during a press conference on Friday morning, though he claimed that “we’re not seeing widespread fraud.”

They are conducting a recount because the margin is within half a percentage point, as they would in ANY race where the margin is within half a percentage point. Has nothing to do with ballots in the middle of the night.

Yes so, they have to accept ballots until 5 p.m. EST on Friday and those would mostly be absentee ballots from the Military as by law they have to allow 3 days from an overseas postmarked address. So recounts and having the counts run into the weekend does not surprise me a bit.

The fraud does not have to be widespread. It only has to be in the deep blue areas.
