I can't access the article, but any conspiracy theorists just need to talk to me. I have had several friends die and many more who have had it. We have cases every week in my school from which I teach. We're heading toward a million cases in Florida.

COL (Join to see) - You did not answer the question that I posed. And I can read the bottom information in the one article and did not care to open a subscription at Medscape. My interest in the question is was the article visually different in Medscape than the original article? Because it was presented visually different in the Undark version including the illustrations.
You know better than some of the rest of us how visual presentation tricks the mind and changes a person perception of information presented.
