I will state for the record I don't read the Bible and I don't go to church. In fact most of the people I know or have run into white and black that call themselves Christens have proven themselves to be deceitful, uncaring, selfish, self centered, hateful and racist. But I would reach out my hand to help any them before I would someone who attacks religion of any kind. Looking for faults because you don't agree with it is the epitome of hateful. Its called faith for a reason for you people that don't have any. It does not matter if you believe the Bible is true or not those that believe the Bible have the faith in their beliefs that it is. And what people who attack the Christians do not understand is by doing so they are in essence attacking Judaism and Islam. Because all three faiths are by fault tied together. I spent three months learning from an Iman this very fact. One of the many things that surprised me was that Muslims believe Jesus was a profit. I know there is a higher power. I don't know Who He, She or It is but I know they are there. Just as sure as I know there are people with black souls who have never done or sacrificed anything for others. And because they are so hateful they have to attack others beliefs. I do not know what makes people that are so hateful tick but I know that people that are so hateful are miserable wretches of humans. I do not pretend to take the HIGH ROAD I know hate I have hated and fought hatred before it consumed me.

MSG Greg Kelly - I have read the Bible, cover to cover on multiple occasions, and I went to church for most of my life. I agree with your assessment of those who call themselves Christian, and I understand that you prefer that over the unknown. I'm also aware, and fine with the fact that by pointing out the faults in the Bible, I'm also pointing out the faults in Islam and Judaism.

You state that we don't have faith as if it were a bad thing, but it's not. Faith is not a path to truth, because faith can be used to prove anything. The Muslim terrorists who flew planes into buildings had faith. And it was the faults in the holy books of the three Abrahamic religions that convinced me that they were not correct.

Those are the religions that call for the death of non-believers, and yes, that includes Christianity. Homosexuals and others in the LGBT community are also vilified, merely due to their sexual orientation. Who try and control the reproductive rights of women? If the Roman church had its way, condoms and birth control would be illegal.

You say that you "know" that there is a higher power--exactly how do you know? What evidence is used to convince you that this is a true and factual statement? Why should I grant that your believe is factual and valid over someone who is a Neo-pagan and who believes in a god and goddess? Or who believes in a pantheon of gods, like Odin the All-Father, his wife Frigga, Thor and his wife Sif, and so on?

Finally, I don't hate what appear to be imaginary creatures or beliefs. Do you hate unicorns and leprechauns? I don't, because I don't think that they are real, but pointing out that they aren't real isn't hateful, is it? So why would pointing out the inconsistencies and errors of the Abrahamic religions be hateful? They are not real, or at least there has been no evidence presented to show that they are real.
