I''m going to preface this with a comment that I have not read either complaint all the way through, and don't intend to do so. I have scanned parts, but that's not the same as reading them.
First, typos are common in pleadings. Second, I'm not seeing anything new, just the same old conspiracy theories, some of which have been rejected by the courts already. Third, where's the emergency filing for an immediate temporary injunction? As filed, this won't get heard until after the Electoral College meets. And fourth, yes, there are sanctionable items in the pleadings.
I don't think that she'll be sanctioned, but the cases will be tossed.

CPT Lawrence Cable - no, that injunction, together with the subsequent opinion of the trial court after the case was appealed to Penn Supreme Court is that, while the presidential race has been certified, no other race can be certified without the trial court's permission.

CPT Lawrence Cable - OK, and? It's not evidence, and it is not an offer to produce fact evidence. It is the affidavit outlying the opinion testimony of an expert in the field. It someone came forward with fact evidence of fraud that they personally observed, then you could bring Dr. Keshavarz-Nia in to provide his "opinion" on how it happened. Until then, he doesn't even get to testify, because he doesn't have evidence.

It seems to be past time for the White House team to put up or shut up.
Of course the Democrats cheated, that's what they do. Voting graveyards in urban settings have been a joke since I was a kid, and letting the postal workers (whose union endorsed one of the candidates) handle ballots was like asking the fat kid to guard the cake. However, if the poll watchers and other witnesses have not delivered smoking guns by now, they got away with it and it's time for the GOP to suck it up and plan to do a more vigilant job next time.

1SG Steven Imerman - Next presidential election is 5 NOV 2024 and all ballots need to be at the polls by midnight on this day. No exception. This country has just shy of four years until the next election and if you cannot get your vote in by that day, you just did not care enough to vote. Not postmarked but delivered. I find it highly suspicious all these votes that showed up a week after the election and I realize investigating suspicious votes would take months to years and we just need to accept this piss poor planning. Allowing all these votes a week late is like OT in the college football. After the first team gets the ball and does a field goal or TD, the other team knows what they need to win. I feel this was the case with this election.
