You have to speak to others in the language they understand. It has to be the truth and you have the responsibility of ensuring the message is received as intended when sent. Speak at their level and watch for body language if possible. Capitalize on gains, and explain any misconceptions. A former CMC spoke at length to O/SNCOs at CLNC once, until his EA pointed to his watch. Took a break and opened the floor for a very long Q/A. Kept the seats filled.
