If my home of record had such a rule it would have prevented me from voting while overseas.

What a crock of crap. If you haven’t register to vote for the general election then missed the runoff registration for the last month. We have had record turn outs so voter suppression isn’t a problem. We have had groups that seem to have broken the law by telling out of state college students they can register to vote, mailing voter registration forms to dead people and people who have moved out of state. Hollyweird folks have been encouraging people to move to Georgia to vote which is illegal. Any attempt to have some control over elections is “voter suppression “

PO2 Harold Ashton - https://www.rallypoint.com/shared-links/we-all-had-that-alice-in-wonderland-moment-today-senator-blake-tillery-georgia-vote-fraud?urlhash=6555077. Several members of this committee had no idea what the table suit case and ballots were about. Everybody left at the same time. The election committee had trouble getting the tape from election officials!

Encouraging people to move to Georgia is illegal? I sure would like to hear the debate when they passed that law. Understandable, but extreme.
