Please cite the statute in the Georgia Election Code (GEC) that states the ballots are not to be counted (null and void) without the ballot transfer form. I have found nothing in the GEC that says or infers anything close to that. You don't just get to disenfranchise people, Jack.

Second, the letter didn't say that they couldn't find the forms, it said that it had not been determined, and they would determine if the records were available within 30 days. In other words, it was a form letter responding to an open records request, and a fairly standard letter. I have received similar letters in Texas many times in response to a request, and the records would show up later.

Of course, considering that this is from the Epoch Times explains why they slanted the reporting.

Unfortunately, as you can tell from the comments, too many people in this forum don't research things and are just blindly commenting.

SFC (Join to see) - Jack should know better, he went to law school, although I don't think he ever practiced. First, the forms are not "Chain of Custody" forms, so those who are trying to equate the form being lost to losing the evidence as in a criminal case are just wrong. Second, in most states and the federal system, the presumption is that all votes will be counted and will only be disqualified when it can be shown that the vote isn't valid or legitimate. None of that has happened here, nor is there any indication that the county doesn't have the forms.

I've seen chain of custody blow the proceedings more than once.
