I think that all this does is prove that Ken Paxton is an idiot. If Texas is allowed to dictate to another state how they conduct an election, what's to stop California from taking on the Dakotas for disenfranchising voters by requiring voter ID.

Reminds me of NFL fans suing because their team lost SB. Find other fans to agree and join the fight. The refs and viewing audience (excluding losers) watched the victory. They sue because if they lost it had to be rigged. Damages? Spoiled our SB party, $$$ invested in SB Winner T-shirts. Nothing new for a bum that has survived by graft and fixers. With other people's cash. King of debt.

Capt Gregory Prickett: Paxton is an idiot when it comes to constitutional law, but he's at the top of the list for con law. He's just found a way to get Our Dear Leader's attention so as to obtain a pardon for the current federal investigation and the pending criminal charges. And he can do it without having to directly pay Our Dear Leader. Instead, taxpayers get to pay for it. Genius grifters. Meh.

Texas is taking Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin to court over their mail in ballots. They are trying to make the case that those states, all "battleground" states that Trump thought he was going to win, violated the Constitution by switching to mail in ballots without legislative approval. I don't think they have a case.

Especially since PA’s change was with rather enthusiastic legislative approval. If only such votes were a matter of public record, easily researchable in a matter of moments.
MAJ James Woods
Legislative approval? I assume they are talking about the state legislatures cause in no way how a state allows voting, in person vs mail in, is decided by Congress. And many of the state level courts already ruled on this subject. Just more hot air.
