In summary: The Dominion Audit produced the conclusion that their voting machines and/or processes switched election results in Michigan, thus inferring that election results in other states were likely switched. However, the data supporting the auditor's conclusions was redacted to prevent revealing Dominion's proprietary designs and processes. Dominion and Democrats argued that the auditor's report was not substantiated by evidence. Fascinating strategy, isn't it? Well, now comes word that the judge may allow publication of the data substantiating the auditor's conclusions. Of course, the usual suspects are expected to dismiss this report (as well as my summary of it) on the basis that it appeared in the Epoch Times. Wouldn't it be more effective if they were to produce some evidence of their own rather than taking pot shots at the messengers?

CPT Jack Durish - I read your comment. The very first sentence was a conclusory assertion, not an offer of proof. The assertion was also contingent on releasing proprietary information, which as you should be aware, is almost always covered by a protective order from the court. Your claim that the "report" is evidence doesn't make it so, and from a legal strategy standpoint, it's better to show that then it is to try and prove a negative.

They don't care. Every single judge so far has given up objectivity, either because they want Biden or because they're afraid of the mob. (Ref: Roberts saying he doesn't care about Bush V Gore 'because there were no riots then').
Literally, officials that cheated in this election could come forward and confess, and the left would just pat them on the head and say it wasn't their fault, all while continuing to deny that there's any evidence of fraud.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Sure, if you ignore the multitude of witnesses coming forward, the affidavits, all the sworn testimony given in various hearings, the 3rd-party forensic examination of the Antrim County Dominion machines (<-- that one I'd be interested in seeing how you dismiss), the machines that were deleted after the election, the video of election officials telling counters to include suspicious ballots, the video of the Georgia official passing a usb, the Nevada election officials who are defying a subpoena to turn over their machines to the Nevada senate committee as ordered, the efforts of MI's election officials to keep that forensic report out of the public eye....
...the list goes on and on and on, and I don't see how any reasonable person can dismiss ALL of it.
