Should be mandatory 15 day quarantine once they get here with immediate imprisonment and deportation if violated. People should only be flying if absolutely necessary anyway.

And if they are US Citizens or Residents, why and how are you going to deport them? If they are a US Resident it would be possible to deport them, but then you would have to charge them with a crime. But then what would the crime be, breaking quarantine, attempted manslaughter, or attempted murder? Since we are not properly implementing quarantine protocols properly, that would be a difficult thing to do. And then there is the point of justice as well.
