Where’s the surprise? How many times you go past a playground filled with kids actively playing? Above the age of 3-4 with their moms? If there’s is a playground anywhere in the first place. Most kids are playing X Box or watching tv, outside play? It’s boring, there’s nothing to do. Schools out so minimal recess time is gone too.
