Duty Calls: Air Guard colonel assigned to Joint Chiefs of Staff

A friend's son was the US Army ACDU Col. at TN Guard, forgot the name of position but all the States are full of GOs & Cols. of branches and commands. They may have done away with it. It was a few years ago. He ended up on social media for saluting in the rain. Maybe near Ft. Campbell. Knowing his father I was not surprised.
