"During the early morning hours of New Year's Day, first responders went to what they thought was a car crash along I-10 near West Avenue, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Instead, a team of firefighters discovered a shooting victim."

Or she could have been involved in activities her family weren't aware...no one knows right now. Let's hope the investigators can figure it out.

Not impossible though not likely. I have been told that street gang members routinely joiin the military and continue gang activities in uniform. My hunch is this was a contract killing. I don't know too many privates who could pay a hit man but you can't rule that out. Probably more likely a shady double life caught up with her.
