Hard to say. While Trump's conduct since the election has been bad, I think Democrats are making a bad decision to have a snap Impeachment without committee hearings, etc. The charge is inciting a riot.
Both the decision to have a snap vote and the charge provide a precedent that could be used against other politicians in the future who have made inflammatory statements to their followers such as Maxine Waters telling everyone to confront Trump officials everywhere they see them and Pelosi stating people should take to the streets and protest.

1) I don't know what a cue cat is and have never mentioned it before.
2) If the SCOTUS nominee was not qualified for the post, I wouldn't have supported the nomination. As it was, she was deemed highly qualified. As for shortest nomination, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, John Paul Stevens, and Sandra Day O'Connor had shorter confirmation periods.

3) I never said Russia didn't interfere in the election. I said Trump and his campaign did not have connections to the Russian effort, the Mueller report states this as well as the Senate Intelligence report.
4) Trump was just impeached based on what he said. Waters was never disciplined.
My point is a precedent has just been made. Trump made a number of statements that inflamed followers. He did not tell them to riot or take over the Congressional building. Other politicians such as Waters told followers to physically confront Republicans. There were numerous occasions where conservatives were attacked, forced out of restaurants, and more. Pelosi made a speech about liberals should start demonstrating in the street.
How many times have politicians made fiery speeches to crowds such as protesters and then riots break out.
With this precedent, a party in power can simply decided to impeach members of the other party.

1) While there were a number of things I liked about Trump, his use of twitter was one of the things I disliked the most. His use of it to fight back when false information was put out wasn't the issue. His use of it to attack everyone was. Personally, I would have been happy if he had used it only sparingly.
2) I have absolutely no doubt that there were outside agitators and anarchists from the left and right that were involved in the riot. It wouldn't surprise me that one of those groups was responsible for the pipe bombs at the RNC center.
3) Trump is a smart person. He was aware that the election was lost. He had to know that having the rally near Congress with the rhetoric that he used, stop the steal, would incite violence. I don't believe he expected anyone to break into the Congressional building, but he did expect them to make enough of a commotion to intimidate people inside the building.
I don't know what happy outcome Trump expected after the Electoral College voted for Biden. Everything after that was a waste.

SGT John S. - The FBI should have told Trump. At the same time, Trump should have known with the crowd and proximity to Congress that something was going to happen.
