For our active duty brothers and sisters, our commanders and generals.
The muzzle you wear serves to hurt you and to diminish your abilities to judge for yourselves the lawful nature of the orders you've received to fire apon Americans fighting for the constitution. We swore that oath, first and foremost, to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and finally to obey the orders of the Commander in Chief. The president is under attack and is being held hostage by those seeking the destruction of our constitution. The lawful course of action is to arrest all law makers, democrats, Republicans and all others. Arrest the justices of courts and the agents of the deepstate. All within your sphere of power who interfered in our elections must be arrested. Private companies have sided with the traitors and must be taken down.
My honorable father who served and died fighting communism is rolling over in his grave. He is ashamed and so am I. The enemy is in the gate and as the siren roar our leader lay out a feast for our enemies. We the people are the meal. Domestic enemies have been influenced and bought by foreign enemies. I'm not one to appreciate martial law but if you don't stand with the people and the constitution our republic will turn to blood once more. God save us. God save the United States of America

I have had clients tell me they don't get enough O2 with a mask on. I debunk that easily with a pulse oximeter which measures the lercent O2 in your blood. Hardly anyone has dropped their SAO2 from breathing normally without a mask to wearing it. The ones that dropped, dropped only 1%. Sorry, I don't buy this one.

Its like this. Surgeons in surgery wear masks for hours and if they were deprived of oxygen they could not do surgery for hours. In MOPP 4 we don't pass out. Now what a lot of people experience is claustrophobia. Feeling that mask over their mouth causes them problems and they may start to hyperventilate and they mistake that for not getting oxygen because of the mask.
To prove some FB friends wrong I grabbed my pulse/ox, put on 2 surgical masks and a K95 mask then started recording my pulse/ox readings. No change. 3 masks and no change. I did it with a surgical mask and a k95 mask outside in 105 degree heat and the result were the same. No problems whatsoever.
What we have is an attempt by others to undercut public health officials. For what reason I don't know but it is an act of idiocy.
