Oh yes, it's so much safer transporting oil in trucks. Better yet, simply let it lie in the ground and destroy the economy. Who needs that anyway?

From what I’ve read, the effect on our economy is minimal, so go with it. Canada will probably get somewhat irate, but that’s not unusual.
