Trump was distributing vaccines at a fairly rapid rate equal, approximately, to what Joe Biden claimed he wanted to do. Joe excoriated Trump for having no plan while boasting he had a plan. Now Biden says they have to start from square one because Trump didn’t have a plan etc. Well it is now clear Biden has no plan and never did! Are there any fact checkers in the audience?

All political not about covid. Presidents don't have plans or do they need. Their people get an make plans for them.

I removed the COVID tag. If you're going to push political opinions, don't use that tag. We're trying to keep it focused on helpful information about the pandemic.
