US admits F-35 failed to replace F-16 as planned, needs new fighter jet

A good article. The F-35 is the computer nerd who jogs on weekends. A little pudgy but still able to get out there with tennis moms. What he's great at though, is the techie stuff. The F-16 is the dick-ish super athlete that loves to show off. Great eyesight and dexterous as hell, but don't ask him to hack a computer or integrate multiple perspectives. In the end, it came down to money, and CSAF saw that we can't drive the F-35 to work every day. Too expensive. We need a cheaper daily ride.
