The BLM protests were not peaceful. Our criminal justice system is not totally racist and our cops are not militarized. What needs to happen is the cops need a new method to stop rioters. I suggest they use colored smoke (with or without tear gas) and educate citizen that the colored smoke. The colored smoke means violence, looting, setting fires and etc. is occurring. And it is a warning that they will start photographing people who do not immediately move two or three city blocks away form the colored smoke for later arrest and arresting people for rioting.

CW3 Dick McManus, I'd prefer it they gave them a couple minutes to move out, then got on line and give a hickory shampoo to every swingin' richard in the area.

SFC (Join to see) - As soon as the colored smoke is deployed, those not running two or three city blocks away, it is too late. Honorable protesters need to be leaving the area of violence, looting, setting fires and etc. far sooner than the cops having to deploy the smoke.

It bothers me that riots are being conducted in Portland and other locations after Biden's inauguration and most of the news media is acting like they aren't happening
