SFC (Join to see) I know the military is. I was saying that because you always here people on here saying that in opposition to new programs, policies, or regs lol. And to be honest I don't have a simple solution. I'm not sure what it looks like, I want to help in the conversation because Fort Hood desperately needs change.

SSG (Join to see) - After my time in TRADOC, I had come down on orders for Hood again, I did everything in my power to have the orders changed to JBLM, Hood is a beast that a single Staff Sergeant cannot tackle. That post needed and needs some pentagon level direct oversight.

SSG Robert Perrotto that's sad. And senior leaders wonder why retention and morale is low

I wonder how many people read the article: "In December, the Army fired, suspended or otherwise punished 14 leaders after Fort Hood was rocked by a series of suicides, murders, and cases of sexual assault and harassment. The actions were spurred by the violent death of Spc. Vanessa Guillen, who was missing for nearly two months before her remains were found."

This article is the results of the outside investigator that determined how jacked up Hood has been.
