SFC Kelly Fuerhoff I know the military is. I was saying that because you always here people on here saying that in opposition to new programs, policies, or regs lol. And to be honest I don't have a simple solution. I'm not sure what it looks like, I want to help in the conversation because Fort Hood desperately needs change.

SSG (Join to see) - After my time in TRADOC, I had come down on orders for Hood again, I did everything in my power to have the orders changed to JBLM, Hood is a beast that a single Staff Sergeant cannot tackle. That post needed and needs some pentagon level direct oversight.

SSG Robert Perrotto that's sad. And senior leaders wonder why retention and morale is low

Relief for cause every one of them, definitely violates several articles in the UCMJ, and prepare for Courts martial. If NCO's are doing this, I would bet my first born that officers were involved as well.

Toxic leadership may appear in the middle ranks but it can only survive from the top down.
