I don't see how this will fix things. Maybe I am missing something here. I am not sure what I should be feeling. I can only imagine what taxes in Chicago will be like going into the future.

CSM Chuck Stafford - How many taxpayer dollars per vote will that work out to? I'm sure it's worth it to those "in power". Easier than campaigning.
