Can we step back and ask ourselves why he needs to do this by executive order? He has a majority of the House and half the Senate, and a bill of this sort does not need a 60 vote to pass. So, my guess is what they want to do will not even pass their own moderate caucus... and Joe can't face a defeat with all the ducks he has in a row. Aww heck, who am I kidding, Joe isn't doing anything. This is all Kamala, Obama and the radical left, being enabled by "DR" Jill....

What can be done by Executive Action, can be rescinded by future Presidents. I’d prefer this to the legislative process, that may or may not be approved by the SCOTUS.
