I guess when Biden and the Democrats pass more gun laws it will just be more laws judges can ignore and criminals can flaunt. Attempted murder and five illegal carries, no problem.

Enforce the laws on the books and then perform regular in progress reviews of crime rates to determine if the laws need to go, need to stay, or need to be strengthened.

I think the judge should be relieved of his duties and get someone in there that will handle things better, and I'm not saying that because the young man is black, anyone who has that many things against them should be incarcerated LTC David Brown
