The Army at this time is taking the responsibility of preparing for the fitness test away and giving one gender a complete pass.
I have said this many times equality in the military means that everyone is held to a standard. This standard does not include shifting goal posts to meet certain numbers.
Qualify people according to the standard and the rest will take care of itself
