Coming from "Vice", the article reads like propaganda. "Ride the lightning" is current slang for getting tazed, not for being executed. Heavily tinted windows generally says "gangtsa", no tag, failure to stop, and arguing with officers. Bad judgement on the LT's part. But once the officers found only one person in the vehicle, it was time to de-escalate. On the surface, it appears there will be a couple of unemployed police officers in Windsor, VA soon. LT should start thinking about his next career, too. This will appear on his OER, at the least.

SSgt Ray Stone - Ask a LEO what tinted windows do to your ability to observe important details inside the vehicle, like how many people are inside, and what they are doing. You need to work on your attitude. Insulting someone you just met is a very good indication that you are what you just accused me of being.

Nahh, don't try to clean it up now. Besides you insulted me by labeling me a gansgta just because I have tinted windows. You need to work on your bigotry

SSgt Ray Stone - I didn't label you an anything. You did that in your own mind. Lots of people have tinted windows. Some because they want to keep their car's interior cooler in the summer; some because they want to look cool; some because they want privacy. It's legal, so knock yourself out. Have fun with your tinted windows. Just be aware that there is a down side to tinted windows that you didn't plan on.
