Well, it's a Civil War that the inhabitants of Taiwan lost a long time ago but never officially capitulated. I wonder how long we would have tolerated the remnants of the Confederacy to remain as a government in the Bahama Islands, insisting they were the real United States.

A1C Mike Allen - Thats not even historical. Chinese Communists won the civil war against the Nationalists. The Nationalists had their chance but could not put on a decent defense against the Communists........they lost the civil war. Had they won it would be the Chinese Communists on Taiwan and not the Nationalists.
