MN lawyer sanctioned $10,000 for filing election challenges without plaintiffs’ knowledge

A lawyer that filed fraudulent election challenges in Minnesota has been sanctioned $10,000 for "perpetrat[ing] a fraud against this court and, more importantly, perpetrat[ing] a fraud against these plaintiffs."
