Our clueless Army LT got busted before he got pepper sprayed. Tried to weasel out of a 19mph over ticket. Told the officer "these few minutes here with this make me need to drive faster to get where I am need to be." Either slow down, or take the ticket.

Really? How many of us on here have gotten pulled over for a traffic infraction? Repeat, infraction. Dumb thing to say? Absolutely. Is he public enemy number one? I'm sure all of his detractors executed flawlessly when they were in their 20s.
