Yep Trump delayed and eliminated military aid to Ukraine. It’s amazing he never mentioned Russia’s invasion of that country. Perhaps he loves Russia?
I think Ukraine can use ATGMs and ground to air missiles. Ukraine does not have many tanks and I would make the strong assumption their air force is puny.
