To believe otherwise is stupidity in it's purest form. To not be prepared is pure insanity.

PO3 Donald Murphy - Resolution to prosecute Donald Trump and other public officials for being accessories to a pandemic
WHEREAS Trump was briefed at least by January 30, 2020 that Covid-19 was very contagious and deadly similar to smallpox and the plague,
WHEREAS Trump told Americans 22 times the Corona virus would go away,
WHEREAS in September 2020 Trump pressured the CDC to downplay the threat of Covid-19 and the CDC director Dr. Robert Redfield did not resign,
WHEREAS in August 2020 Trump appointed a radiologist Dr. Scott W. Atlas to serve as an advisor on the White House Covid virus Task Force instead of an infectious disease MD and Atlas spread misinformation about COVID-19, including theories that face masks and social distancing were not effective in slowing the spread of the corona virus and he recommended faster reopening of schools and businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic,
Whereas Dr. Deborah Birx said she asked herself, “Is there something that I think I can do that would be helpful in responding to this pandemic, but she did not resign and she said Trump was “attentive to the scientific literature,” praising his ability to “analyze and integrate data.”
Whereas Trump put Jared Kushner, in charge of the nation’s response to the pandemic and Kushner said, “The federal government is not going to lead this response…. It’s up to the states to figure out what they want to do.”
Whereas Paul Alexander and his boss, Michael Caputo, the assistant secretary for public affairs at Health and Human Services, were working to change the language officials at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention used to warn of the dangers of the coronavirus,
WHEREAS Trump in February 2020 accused Democrats of “politicizing” the corona virus during a campaign rally claiming that the outbreak is “their new hoax,” accusing the press of being in “hysteria mode”, and downplaying the severity by comparing the number of fatalities during an average flu season,
WHEREAS Trump received a vaccination against Covid and he kept it a secret,
WHEREAS the former US Commander and Chief, Trump had the duty to protect US persons from all enemies (aka deadly threats), and one such enemy was Covid-19, a deadly and extremely contagious disease which even if the victim does not die, it can allegedly result at times in serious negative outcomes to a person’s long term health,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we demand Trump and other US public officials be prosecuted by the US Court of jurisdiction and/or the international Criminal Court for gross negligence and reckless disregard for human life and health due to making false and unscientific statements about Covid-19.

this is pure bullshit. If the European Union would get off their ass and actually halt trade with Russia for it's aggression, then Russia becomes just a gnat with nukes, who would be insane to use them. They are not a threat to the United States beyond a bit of cyber warfare. They cannot even float their navy, let alone project power.
Russia and China are enemies, China's end goal of everything they are doing is the seizure of the resources in Kamchatka region of Russia - Putin makes moves west because he fears the East, and because the west allows him to.
Everyday, I see people on here posting stuff about Russia and what boogeyman they are, The truth is - there is only 2 existential threats to the United States - China, and ourselves, and it seems we will destroy ourselves before China tries. The wonderful effects of grievance studies.

Ukraine?
Released in a WikiLeaks diplomatic cable, one of Ukraine's most respected policy strategists and former presidential advisor, told the US Ambassador to Ukraine in 2006 that the Party of Regions, which "enjoyed deep pockets, being largely financed by billionaire Donetsk boss Rinat Akhmetov" is partly composed of "pure criminals" and "criminal and anti-democracy figures." In a US diplomatic cable dated February 3, 2006, then U.S. Ambassador John Herbst referred to Akhmetov's Party of Regions as "long a haven for mobsters and oligarchs" and called Akhmetov the godfather of the city of Donetsk. Politician Viktor Yanukovych closely linked by Ukrainian media to Akhmetov
According to political journal's Post-Soviet Affairs, and The Nation, Akhmetov was investigated on murder charges and for his alleged role in organized crime in and around Donetsk. To avoid prosecution Akhmetov flee the country to Monaco. In June 2005, Serhiy Kornich, then head of the Interior Ministry's economic crimes department, stated publicly that Akhmetov was the head of an organized crime group.
Also in 2005 Borys Kolesnikov, an associate who had been tied to Akhmetov since the 1980s, was arrested on charges of extortion and conspiracy to assassinate a rival businessman/ Charges against Akhmetov and Kolesnikov were dropped in 2006 amid cooperation of the Yuschenko government ending Akhmetov's exile.
Akhmetov's business empire has benefited enormously from his access to power. Forbes reports that in January 2014, for example, his businesses won 31 percent of all state contracts. Following the Orange Revolution, Akhmetov was a close friend of Paul Manafort. Two Ukrainian oligarchs, Serhiy Lyovochkin and Rinat Akhmetov also paid Manafort for years for his political work in their country. Manafort reportedly made some $60 million in the country, helping Yanukovych and his Party of the Regions, in its various incarnations, over the span of a decade.
Akhmetov was elected as a member of Ukraine's parliament during the 2006 Ukrainian parliamentary election as a member of the Party of Regions. Akhmetov was reelected during the 2007 parliamentary election again as a member of the Party of Regions.
US diplomatic cables revealed that Akhmetov posted $2 million bail in 2007 for the release of three members of the Party of Regions, including the former Governor of the Eastern Ukranian province that includes the city of Donetsk. This governor was accused of election rigging, extortion, tax evasion and abuse of office. DTEK, Akhmetov’s sprawling energy monopoly, owns a number of assets it bought from the state at knockdown prices while Yanukovych was president.
From November 2013 and into 2014, repeated citizen protest demonstrations and civil unrest occurred in Kiev at a public square called Maidan, (aka Euromaidan). Akhmetov became a target of protest as he was seen as a symbol of oppression. In December 2013 protesters picketed his residence in London on several occasions, urging him to cut ties with incumbent president Viktor Yanukovych. When dealing with public criticism and allegations concerning his past, Akhmetov has utilized a team of PR consultants and lawyers to protect his image and name.
And as soon as elected in 2010 Viktor Yanukovych and his hands on the reins of power, he caused an increase in official corruption. He used patronage and other instruments of state power in a flagrant fashion to the advantage of his political party. That high-handed behavior and legendary corruption alienated large portions of Ukraine’s population. As the Ukrainian economy languished and fell farther and farther behind those of Poland and other East European neighbors that had implemented significant market-oriented reforms, public anger at Yanukovych mounted. When he rejected the European Union’s terms for an association agreement in late 2013, in favor of a Russian offer, angry demonstrations began in Kiev as well as sites in other cities.
Despite his leadership defects and character flaws, Yanukovych had been duly elected. US Senator John McCain dined with opposition leaders, including members of the ultra right-wing Svoboda Party, and later appeared on stage in Maidan Square during a mass rally. He stood shoulder to shoulder with Svoboda leader Oleg Tyagnibok. The U.S-favored candidates included far-right, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the man who became prime minister once Yanukovych was ousted from power.
It was a grotesque distortion to portray the events in Ukraine as a purely indigenous, popular uprising, this was a coup.
The American scholar Gordon M. Hahn studied the evidence regarding who actually were snipers that committed the murders. He learned in addition to Ukranian snipers the US indirectly hired snipers through Georgian, Lithuanian and other anti-Russian CIA assets (such as via Mikheil Saakashvili, the ousted President of Georgia. “The massacre was a false flag operation, which was rationally planned and carried out with a goal of the overthrow of the government and seizure of power.” His investigation found various evidence of the involvement of an alliance of the far right organizations, specifically the Right Sector and Svoboda, and oligarchic parties, such as Fatherland. Sniper, Ivan Bubenchik, acknowledged that he shot and killed Berkut [the Government’s police who were protecting Government buildings] before any protesters were shot that day.
Victoria Nuland, US President Barack Obama’s central agent overseeing the coup, at least during the month of February 2014 when it climaxed, was crucial not only in overthrowing the democratically elected Ukrainian Government, and in selecting and installing its rabidly anti-Russian replacement, fascist Arseniy Yatsenyuk to rule the country. “Yats is the guy who’s got the economic experience, the governing experience,” Nuland said in an infamous leaked phone call (leaked by Russia). He had been the chairman of the parliament from 2007 to 2008.
Rinat Akhmetov also sees Yatsenyuk as a major ally in his attempt to retain his influence and wealth, according to two people who discussed the matter with him. Akhmetov’s fortune, concentrated in industrial holdings in eastern Ukraine, has plummeted from $22 billion to $7 billion since war broke out there last year, according to Bloomberg. His closest political allies, a group of officials who ran their mutual hometown of Donetsk as their personal fiefdom. Speaking at a conference in Kiev last month, Yatsenyuk said the struggle against corruption was ultimately not his concern. “I am not responsible for the prosecutor’s office ... nor for judiciary. I am doing my jobs: to fix the economy, to be back on track in terms of reforms, to provide energy efficiency reform, to provide financial resources for the Ukrainian military, to improve corporate governance for state-owned enterprises. ” Washington's Man In Ukraine Can't Stop His Country's Corrupt Cronies (buzzfeednews.com)
The Ukraine Azov Battalion also has strong ties to fascism and uses neo-Nazi symbolism. Azov Battalion members were filmed displaying neo-Nazi and SS symbols and iconography.
Tyahnybok’s party was formed in 1991 under the name Social-National Party of Ukraine (SNPU) through the merger of various right-wing groups and student bodies. It renamed itself Svoboda (freedom) shortly before the Orange Revolution. Svoboda was able to triple its membership between 2004 and 2010, according to its own figures. The Svoboda party vote in regional elections in western Ukraine was significantly higher. In local elections in 2010, the party achieved between 20 and 30 percent of the vote in eastern Galicia, and won 5.2 percent nationally.
Swedish historian Per Anders Rudling described the ideological climate in 2013 with the words: “The hegemonic nationalist narrative is reflected also in academia, where the line between ‘legitimate’ scholarship and ultra-nationalist propaganda often is blurred. Mainstream book stores often carry Holocaust denial and anti-Semitic literature, some of which finds its way into the academic mainstream.”
