Seems unnecessary. Those cities that defund police are already punishing themselves. Let them bear the consequences and maybe, just maybe their citizens will learn to elect better leadership

CSM Charles Hayden - I did say "maybe" though probably not. Still, freedom is about taking responsibility for your choices and that's the lesson they need most whether they learn from it or not

Texans never get it. We want other things brought into the police departments and money shifted to those areas, not cutting out cops. However, I only support civil police and not gestapo.
