Never heard of this program but it sounds like a great thing for mid-careerists who may have a temporary issue that may take them away from the fight for a year or two.

Yeah, they've turned the program off and on over the years. it's nice to see it back.

I would love to hear how they plan to ensure these soldiers come back. Most, once on the civilian side for 1-3 years will either not want to return or not maintained them selves to standard to return so I am really interested in how the contract that releases them to do this is worded. But there are times I wished I could take a break so I understand.
