I know you are trying to make some kind of issue out of this over masks but everything you listed can be found on your body such as the case for the streptococcus right now. If you live in the southwest you probably inhale the coccidioides fungus which can cause Valley Fever. We do not live in a sterile environment so whatever bacteria, fungus or virus is out there you probably have it all over your body.
