I was in the 8th grade for the first time after losing my brother the year before when the SALT-I was signed, in my third year with the Guard at the signing of the SALT-II Lt Col Charlie Brown

I remember this treaty, that Russia never followed, not even a glimpse of a following, unfortunately Carter was the worst President we ever had, but Looks like Joe is going to surpass him very shortly.

I remember this... I was probably sitting in my mother's Datsun B210 in a gas line listening to the radio with the windows down in the TX heat.
