I am sure we can find some treatments and preventions IF we work together. But people also need to take responsibility for their general health. Obesity is a HUGE risk factor

SFC Randy Hellenbrand No you didn't lie but you can't force people to get vaccinated. I'm sure if it was your call you'd force them but you're starting to see upticks in blue cities to because you got a bunch of 17-20's year old being reckless cramming up bars,clubs, ect maskless spreading the virus as well I know because I live in a blue city. It ain't just the rednecks.

Thats just a totally stupid comment. I've been following the research on this variant and if what thy think occurs its going to be really really bad.
You have to understand given over 7.5 billion people experiencing a disease on its first run through the human population variants are going to arise and some of these variants are going to be extremely deadly. A worse case scenario is a variant arises and wipes out a large portion of the world population. The social chaos arising out of such a scenario is scary.
The smart thing is to prepare now as the chances of a lockdown increases daily. Honestly I see no way around it.
