Wow really? Their 20 unsuccessful years and loss of blood and treasure taught them nothing? Then us duplicating their lack of success didn't remind them? I guess they are better equiped to deal because they won't have bleeding heart politicians tying their hands with ridiculous rules of engagement. Our troops were set up to fail by career bureaucrats who never served. I still think Russia will fail miserably again.
