School District Ordered to Pay for Suspending Kids Who Had BB Guns at Home During Online Classes...

That's crazy.

What a mess... Can you get any more ridiculous?

Thank you my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown for making us aware that officials of the Jefferson Parish School Board, Louisiana have now settled out of court to end the lawsuit for suspending 9-year-old Ka'Mauri Harrison who had a BB gun at home during online classes.

1. The district had recent incidents of gun violence that left three killed - nothing to do with school. The shooting left three people dead and two injured at a Metairie gun outlet on Airline drive in Jefferson Parish School Board.

2. During the mid-1990's one of my sons; friend pointed a water pistol at a local neighborhood girl when they were in elementary school in Loudoun County, VA. The girl reported the incident to her mother who notified school and suspension was the result.
This was during the time after WACO when there was zero tolerance for guns, drawings of guns, pointing your index finger and using the thumb as an imaginary trigger, etc.


The parents of 9-year-old Ka'Mauri Harrison were back in court Wednesday in their continued fight for justice for their son. The fourth grade Woodmere Elementary School student was suspended six days in September after his teacher saw a BB gun in his house during virtual learning.
