National leadership should simply state that other nations do not dictate our national priorities and policies and leave it at that. If and when the need to go back arises, we go back.

The previous guy publicly promoted pro-Russian propaganda and had multiple contacts with Russia during the 2016 election focusing solely on the electoral college.

MSgt Steve Sweeney Are we talking about the Muller Report or The House Intelligence Committee led by Adam Schif and Eric Swalwell who told us night after night that the evidence was in irrefutable is that the in action oversight you reference? Because I waited on the edge of my seat waiting for the evidence to be presented but all I got for my efforts was a sore back. Or maybe it would be the oversight performed by Jerry Nadler Chair of the the House Judiciary Committee? Because repeating information over and over does not make it truer every time it’s repeated. Again I watched and waited fir the “big one” to drop but again … nada. If the same amount of scrutiny would be given to this Administration by the same Congressional committees perhaps there would be a different perception of what is occurring starting with the Southern border, the pandemic, vexing… Iran, Afghanistan withdrawal process… when was the last time you saw a Committee hearing nonstop on CNN or MSNBC since last Jan?

LTC Marc King - I suppose that puts you pretty much in the same spot as all those that were waiting for the "Kraken" election fraud evidence. Though unlike Sidney Powel, Mueller and his team did a terrific job of documenting an abundance of evidence that would stand in a court of law. Unfortunately, it wasn't a court of law where the case was tried, but the U.S. Senate where the standards are much different and a lot more flexible, allowing elected leaders to completely ignore evidence and judge based on the perceived opinions of their constituents.

If you would like, we could discuss pages all 66-168 of Volume I documenting all the numerous Russian Government links to the Trump campaign. I wonder if you would take the same stance if anyone could document so thoroughly that same level of contact between, say, the Obama or Biden administration with Chinese... or Russians. Or is your perception purely politically motivated?

I am also curious; have you ever actually read the Mueller report? And I ask again, what part of Mueller report is a "failure" and why do you classify a report as such?

MSgt Steve Sweeney Never said it was a failure it never proved the core allegation … indicating 13 Russians who will never set foot in this country and who by all accounts continue to launch cyber attacks against this country proves nothing. As for the question yes I read the report all of it … a partisan hit job at best and a poorly conducted investigation at worst.

LTC Marc King - You did say it was a failure though. You wrote, "Other then the Muller Report (failure) and...". Those are your words. Have I misinterpreted them?

If you recall, a number of other people were indicted, some pleading guilty, and most convicted. The report itself spells out why Trump himself was not indicted, primarily because of DoJ policy.

What was it that you found partisan about the report? Can you give specifics?

I have attached a copy of the report for reference:

What brings you to the conclusion that Putin's actions are motivated by a perception?

LTC Marc King - I believe that is what one would call an opinion unless you have something substantive to back it up. You are free to hold whatever opinion you like. The problems happen when people start presenting their opinions as facts. It would seem to indicate they don't know the difference, or simply don't care, which is a leading cause of current problems.
